About Rinnovare
Rinnovare is a specialty concrete subcontractor focused on post-tension slab-on-grade (PT SOG) construction for multifamily projects throughout North and South Carolina. We provide turnkey PT slab-on-grade packages including layout, reinforcement, stressing operations, and coordination with general contractors to deliver high-quality foundations for multifamily developments.
Our projects typically range from approximately $1,000,000 to $3,000,000 in contract value and involve coordination with many of the region's leading multifamily contractors and developers.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee projects throughout North and South Carolina.
While we are primarily seeking candidates located in Charlotte, project assignments may be located throughout North and South Carolina.
Travel is required; however, Rinnovare intentionally focuses on its operations within the Carolinas. Our goal is to build a successful company without requiring our team to spend their lives on the road, allowing them to remain actively involved in both their projects and their personal lives.
While prior post-tension experience is preferred, candidates with strong concrete experience who are willing to learn the PT industry are encouraged to apply.
Success in this role requires strong communication with project managers, customers, and company leadership to ensure projects remain safe, profitable, and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate daily job site activities as directed by supervision.
- Direct assigned crews within defined scope and instruction.
- Monitor productivity and communicate issues to the Operations Manager or Superintendent.
- Assist with coordination of labor, materials, equipment, and inspections.
- Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and drawings.
- Prepare or assist with daily field reports as assigned.
- Track manpower, material usage, weather conditions, and production.
- Participate in daily huddles and communicate updates to management.
- Maintain documentation including deliveries, receipts, and jobsite records.
- Communicates field issues, delays, or concerns promptly.
- Reinforce company safety policies and expectations daily.
- Conduct or assist with weekly toolbox talks and documentation.
- Observe jobsite conditions and report or correct unsafe conditions.
- Support equipment inspections and safety documentation requirements.
- Assist in verifying layout, grades, and measurements.
- Follow drawings and specifications to support quality standards.
- Assist with pre-inspection checks (rebar, cables, embeds, etc.).
- Identify and communicate workmanship issues for correction.
- Assist in implementing project schedules and sequencing.
- Coordinate pours, inspections, and daily activities as directed.
- Identify scheduling conflicts and communicate with management.
- Notify Project Manager of potential changing conditions.
- Assist in tracking field impacts related to cost and schedule.
Qualifications
Required
- Construction field experience.
- Ability to reach and interpret construction plans.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate proactively, and manage customer expectations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability and willingness to travel periodically throughout North and South Carolina
Preferred
- Post-tension, structural concrete, or concrete subcontractor experience
- OSHA certification
- Post Tension certification
- Bluebeam experience
- Procore experience

This position is classified as non-exempt using the Fluctuating workweek method in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Duties are operational and performed under supervision in accordance with established procedures. The employee is eligible for overtime compensation and does not meet exemption criteria. The Company ensures that the employee’s salary and all compensation received complies with applicable federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
