Job Description:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate health status, identify needs, and establish priorities of care.
-
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments and medical diagnoses.
-
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
-
Monitor patient responses to interventions and modify care plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
-
Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
-
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
-
Document assessments, interventions, care plans, and patient outcomes accurately and timely within the electronic medical record (EMR).

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
-
Participate in quality improvement initiatives designed to enhance patient care, safety, and clinical outcomes.

Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote high-quality, patient-centered care.

Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection prevention practices and safety protocols.

Respond effectively to emergency and life-threatening situations utilizing established protocols and critical care skills.

Education:

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
