Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor processing equipment including meal line, butter mill, batch roaster, oil and dry roasters, and slicing machines
- Set up, start, adjust, and shut down machinery according to standard procedures
- Monitor product quality (color, size, texture, and defects) and reports any discrepancies.
- Identify and report equipment issues; perform minor troubleshooting as needed
- Safely operate forklift and pallet jack to move raw materials and finished goods
- Load and unload bins, equipment, and production lines
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records with full traceability
- Perform routine equipment and forklift inspections
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas as required
- Follow all safety, GMP, SQF, and company policies
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Assist in other production or warehouse tasks as needed
What You Will Need:

1-3 years of experience in a food manufacturing or nut processing environment.

Basic math skills

Forklift experience required

Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, overtime and/or weekends as needed.

At least 1 year of forklift driving experience.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
