Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Powersports Service Technician to build, PDI, accessorize and maintain a variety of powersports vehicles. You’ll work closely with our sales manager, parts department, and fellow technicians to ensure every customer’s machine leaves our shop running at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build, PDI and accessorize ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft
· Perform PDI, inspections, and adjustments according to manufacturer specifications
· Accurately document repair work and parts used
· Communicate effectively with the service, sales and parts department to ensure efficient workflow
· Stay current with OEM training, service bulletins, and technical updates
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
· Handle customer units with care and attention to detail
· Assist in setup and pre-delivery inspections of new units
· Delivery and transport of units to customers and/or sales events
Qualifications:
· Previous experience as a powersports, auto, motorcycle, or small engine technician is a plus
· Manufacturer certifications (Can-Am, Kawasaki, Sea-Doo, Yamaha, Honda, etc.) preferred
· Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
· Must own basic tools; specialty tools provided by the dealership
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
· Hi-lo experience is a plus
· Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement a plus)
· High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
