We are seeking an experienced, compliance-driven, and highly autonomous Cannabis Sales Representative to join our established sales department in Phoenix. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity offering competitive rates up to 8%, specifically designed for a self-starting professional who thrives when working with complete independence.
While you will be integrating into an existing department framework, you will operate as an independent manager—taking full ownership of your strategy, daily schedule, and territory development. In this role, you will autonomously manage multiple phases of the sales cycle, from planning and executing high-impact dispensary pop-ups to overseeing the logistical timelines and execution of order delivery for your accounts.
The ideal candidate is a motivated "solopreneur" within a corporate structure, possessing a deep network in the Arizona cannabis landscape, strong operational skills, and an unwavering commitment to regulatory standards. Because this role operates with maximum autonomy, the selected candidate must maintain the highest standards of professional accountability, compliance, and ethics.
Key Responsibilities
- Independent Account Management: Autonomously drive sales strategies and manage your own schedule to expand our brand footprint across Arizona dispensaries.
- Oversee Product Delivery: Take independent ownership of your sales pipeline fulfillment, coordinating compliant product delivery timelines with our logistics team and dispensary accounts.
- Execute Strategic Pop-Ups: Independently plan, orchestrate, and oversee localized dispensary pop-ups and brand activations to drive consumer engagement.
- Department Collaboration: Align your independent sales initiatives with our existing department infrastructure, ensuring unified brand representation in the market.
- Maintain Strict Legal Compliance: Ensure that 100% of your autonomous sales tactics, delivery protocols, and pop-up promotions align seamlessly with Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) rules and Arizona state laws.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Safeguard company proprietary data, keeping standard corporate data, customer lists, and pricing structures confidential.
Requirements & Qualifications
- State Licensing: Must be 21+ years of age and currently maintains an Arizona Cannabis Facility Agent Card.
- Experience: 1+ years of proven success in Sales Management. Experience in cannabis, beverage, or highly regulated CPG industries is preferred.
- High Autonomy: Proven ability to work entirely independently without day-to-day oversight. Highly self-motivated, organized, and disciplined.
- Logistics & Event Familiarity: Comfortable balancing the organizational demands of product delivery tracking and the hands-on coordination required for successful promotional pop-ups.
- Commission-Driven Drive: A results-oriented mindset that thrives in a high-reward, 100% commission environment where your income reflects your solo work ethic.
- Compliance & Legal Accountability: A pristine professional track record. Candidates must acknowledge that all sales, shipping/delivery, and promotional efforts must rigorously align with local and state rules, as compliance violations are grounds for immediate termination.
- Professional Ethics: Commitment to maintaining standard company confidentiality regarding sales data, both during and after employment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Commission: Up to 8% commission based on sales volume and territory milestones.
- Uncapped Structure: No ceiling on your potential earnings—your compensation scales directly with your independent success.
- Complete Flexibility: Manage your own schedule.
