- Part Time 7am-3pm
- Part Time 3pm-11pm
Competitive Pay & Incentives

- $5.00 per shift differential
- Additional $5.00 weekend differential
- Weekly pay
First shift employees are eligible for the $5.00 shift differential when working full time at least 32 hours.

Morning Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Full-Time & Part time position available
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident conditions
- Accurately record vital signs and medical information
- Assist with wound care and other nursing procedures
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, residents, and families
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Ensure the highest standards of resident care and safety
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts LPN License in good standing
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Basic computer and documentation skills
