HVAC PROJECT MANAGER
- Sarasota and the surrounding areas
- Full time employment
- 5+ years in the Commercial HVAC business as a superintendent or project manager.
- Experience in the following venues for work: Hospitals, Schools K-12, Universities, State and local governments, Manufacturing, and Industrial.
- Proficient with Construction plans and specifications, to include divisions 1 thru 17000
- Over see multiple projects at a time ranging from 5,000.00 in value to multimillion dollar in value
- Coordinate with Owners, Engineers and Sub-contractors for Scheduling, Meetings, RFI’s, Change orders, & Value Engineering,
- Be proficient in micro soft word, excel, project management, and power point programs
- Must have a valid clean Florida Driver’s License
- Must pass a drug test
- Must pass background check
- Must pass Jessica Lunsford Background check
- Verifiable references

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to lift and/or carry moderate weight (15-50 pounds), sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, repetitive hand motions, hear, speak, some travel within the state of Florida and occasionally outside the Tallahassee, may experience prolonged and irregular work hours, and work with frequent interruptions
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Must have satisfactory outcome of background and fingerprinting check, and drug screening prior to starting employment.
