Custom Quality Concession Trailers builds and services custom concession trailers. We're looking for a hands-on Foreman to lead our shop crew and keep projects moving on time and on budget.
Job Summary
The Foreman oversees daily operations on the shop floor, supervises a team of builders/technicians, and ensures every trailer meets our quality and safety standards from framing to final walkthrough.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of shop crew (framing, electrical, plumbing, appliance install, finish work)
- Read and interpret build specs, blueprints, and customer orders
- Assign tasks, manage schedules, and keep builds on timeline
- Inspect work for quality control and code compliance (NEC, NSF, local health codes)
- Order materials and manage inventory with the shop manager
- Train and mentor crew members; enforce safety protocols
- Troubleshoot build issues and coordinate with vendors/inspectors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in trailer/RV building, construction, or a related trade
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry basics
- Ability to read drawings and specs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environment
Working Hours:
· Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
