MISSION FIRST HOUSING GROUP (MFHG) develops and manages affordable, equitable, safe, sustainable homes that support residents and strengthen communities. Mission First’s developments provide affordable housing and supports to 5,000 people in 3,800 apartments, serving families, seniors, veterans, survivors of domestic violence, individuals with disabilities and other vulnerable populations.
Columbus Property Management and Development, Inc., a member of Mission First Housing Group is seeking a full time Youth Coordinator who is responsible for supporting the Resident Services Department and the youth population at selected properties. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, coordinating and facilitating programming focused on community engagement, youth enrichment, youth education and employment, youth development, and health and wellness.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise youth participants daily, ensuring safety, participation, and appropriate behavior. 25%
- Establish positive relationships with youth, parents/guardians, and site residents. 15%
- Maintain daily attendance records and track participant progress and engagement. Submit incident logs, attendance data as required. 10%
- Collaborate with Resident Services staff, school personnel, and community partners to enhance programming 10%
- Plan occasional family engagement nights, showcases, and/or field trips. 8%
- Assist with tracking program supplies and materials within an allocated budget. 5%
- Address behavioral issues promptly using trauma-informed and restorative approaches. And Additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent and relevant combination of education and experience.
Other Requirements: Available to work weekends and evenings as needed.
