Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Production/Assembly Associates to join a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. Candidates with automotive manufacturing or assembly experience are strongly preferred. Manufacturing, production, construction, or landscaping experience may also be considered for candidates with a stable work history and proven physical work experience.
This position requires individuals who can follow detailed instructions, maintain production standards, work safely, and perform physically demanding tasks in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and position automotive components according to standardized production instructions.
- Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately.
- Read and understand production labels and documentation.
- Perform basic measurements and use basic math during production.
- Inspect components for defects, damage, or incorrect parts.
- Maintain required production pace while meeting quality standards.
- Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work effectively with team members and production supervisors.
- Some departments may require lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 100% English proficiency required: Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English independently without translation assistance.
- Stable employment history.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must have and wear steel-toe safety shoes.
- Comfortable with basic math, measurements, and production instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Must successfully complete the required Direct/Indirect Assessment.
- Must pass a 5-panel drug test and local background check.

Available Shifts
1st Shift: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
2nd Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM
3rd Shift: 9:45 PM – 6:15 AM
