We are a private dental surgery practice currently hiring an RN for assistance with IV sedation and anesthesia. Our main office is in Beavercreek, but one a day a month we work in Greenville, Ohio. We are seeking an RN who would be able to schedule to work with us when we are in Greenville on a monthly basis. We also have a location in Eaton, Ohio that we would like to do the same. In addition, the position would be open to work days in Beavercreek as well if available. This would be scheduled monthly for a year at a time and always know the day(s) each month you would work in advance. The day of the month will vary per month but again is planned at least 6 months to a year at a time. The position would require availability each month as scheduled. If your schedule is currently flexible or you can self schedule this is a perfect fit!
If you are a skilled, highly motivated RN who loves to learn and is looking for something different from the hospital setting and desiring to pick up additional hours to your current hospital position, we may be a good fit. Excellence in IV insertion is required but we will train dental knowledge and all other aspects of the position.
Dr. Shufflebarger is a leader in sedation and teaches through a local sedation program he directs at Miami Valley Hospital, and multiple programs throughout the U.S. He also speaks on sedation, pharmacology, medical emergencies, and ACLS on a national and local basis. We are looking for talented RN's who like a fast paced schedule and are experienced with IV sedations and like learning and being involved with anesthesia. We utilize RN’s to assist with monitoring patients and the sedation process as well as general surgery procedures and anesthesia. Applicants must be willing to learn dental, have a strong educational background, and undergo training with us for the position.
