Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate carpenter who takes immense pride in their craft. We handle almost all phases of construction in-house, from framing and siding to flawless finish carpentry and specialized scopes. If you care deeply about what you do, refuse to cut corners, and have a "whatever it takes" attitude to achieve a perfect finish, we want you on our team. Our projects primarily consist of high-end, large-scale remodels and custom home builds where meticulous attention to detail is the standard, not the exception.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute diverse carpentry scopes including structural framing, exterior siding, and fine finish trim work.
- Maintain a "perfection-oriented" mindset across all tasks, treating every detail with equal importance.
- Adapt and step into non-carpentry scopes as needed to keep projects moving forward smoothly.
- Read plans accurately, troubleshoot complex site conditions, and maintain an organized, safe job site.
Work Area & Travel:
- Our primary job sites are located between Cave Junction and Jacksonville.
- Occasional projects will require commuting to Brookings and Ashland. We do pay a travel rate for projects if the project is over an hour drive from your house.
- Rare opportunities for traveling projects (must be willing to travel occasionally). Compensation is increased for traveling projects.

Requirements:
- Proven professional experience across multiple carpentry disciplines (framing to finish).
- Ownership of basic and advanced hand/power tools appropriate for your experience level.

- Reliable transportation capable of reaching job sites across our service region.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
