Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated <PERSON> to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction and carpentry skills, with a strong emphasis on quality workmanship and attention to detail. This role requires hands-on experience in various aspects of construction, including framing, trim carpentry, and restoration work. The <PERSON> will be responsible for executing projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards and project specifications.
Duties
- Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and materials needed.
- Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and rebar installation as required by projects.
- Conduct fabrication tasks, including cabinet installation and door hanging.
- Participate in roofing, siding, and flooring installation projects.
- Carry out water damage restoration and mold remediation efforts when necessary.
- Assist with plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and tile laying as part of comprehensive restoration services.
- Collaborate with team members on heavy lifting tasks while maintaining safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
Skills
- Proficient in construction estimating and project planning.
- Strong background in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, woodworking, and fixture installation.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools
- Experience in construction site operations with a focus on safety practices.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Competence in caulking, stucco application, metal stud framing, construction painting, and remodeling projects.
- Plus if you know Trek or Timbertek composite decking
- Building pergola, decks, fencing, additions, casitas

Pay: $26.83 - $32.31 per hour
