The Critical Care Transport (CCT) Team is available 24/7 to transport critically ill and injured patients of all ages. By initiating tertiary care during transfer, our EMTs help improve outcomes and recovery. In this role, you will perform various medical interventions as needed, including drug/fluid administration and life support. Often times, you will interact with patients that are in tough situations, allowing you to bring some light and energy to their day and help them have a positive experience regardless of what they’re going through. Every day, you can make a lasting difference in the lives of patients and the community as a CCT EMT.
A caregiver in this position works varying shifts per week, which may include days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
