School LPN
Horizon Healthcare Staffing currently needs a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in the health office in Monmouth County!
The LPN will be working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 8:00am-2:30pm
A Day in The Life:
· The School Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN) provides health services to assist students and staff in achieving and/or maintaining optimum health through education, examinations, and guidance.
· Assists the RN in screening students for health problems. (Spinal screening, vision screening, immunization audit, etc.)
· Float to all schools plus ride bus at the end of the day with student
· State Immunization Reporting.
· Performs other duties as assigned by the appropriate administrator.
