Overview
******We are looking for experienced stylists who have a clientele who will follow them to Mikula Salon. Please do not apply at this time if you dont have a client list. We will pay a high commission for employment if applicable****
Responsibilities
- Provide hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Higher Commission paid for stylists that bring current clients to the salon
- We treat our team with respect and demand a pleasant environment
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license or certification required.
- Prior experience preferred
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices within the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in color theory to assist clients in achieving their desired looks.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
