About the Role
Integrity Cheese Packaging of Wisconsin is looking for a detail oriented, highly organized, and motivated Production Coordinator to join our team at our cheese converting facility. In this role, you will support daily production operations including cutting, slicing, packaging, and labeling of cheese products. You’ll act as a key liaison between departments to ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer demands and operational goals.
- Communicate with customers/warehouses to acquire necessary materials to run production and monitor production flow while communicating any delays or issues to the appropriate teams.
- Ensure availability of materials, packaging, and other inputs by working closely with supply chain and inventory teams.
- Create and maintain accurate production records, documentation, and reports for internal use and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure all products meet food safety and quality standards.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and help identify areas to boost efficiency or reduce waste.
- Create bill of lading for customers.
- Create labels for daily production runs

What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in food science, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a food production or dairy environment; experience in cheese converting is required. Forklift certification (training and certification done in house).
- Skills:
o Attention to detail is paramount and expected in all aspects of the role
o Strong organizational and time-management skills
o Proven ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload with little supervision
o Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
o Strong mathematical skills – add, subtract, multiply, and divide
o Effective communicator across departments
o Basic understanding of food safety and regulatory compliance
o Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and Access)
