Overview

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms High Jump, Netsuite or similar enterprise resource planning tools.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy across all storage locations.
- Coordinate with procurement and sourcing teams to manage stock replenishment, demand planning, and category management strategies.
- Oversee shipping & receiving operations, including order picking, packing, dispatching, and freight management to guarantee timely delivery.
- Implement process improvements in materials handling, packaging, and warehouse procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, regulatory compliance standards, and transportation safety protocols while managing warehouse activities.
- Utilize data analysis skills to generate reports on inventory trends, supply chain analytics, and operational performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in supply chain management with a strong focus on inventory management within logistics or warehousing environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of warehouse distribution processes including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, materials handling, and dispatching.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as High Jump, Netsuite or equivalent platforms; advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) for reporting and data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) or computerized
- Strong understanding of logistics company operations, freight coordination, sourcing strategies, procurement processes, and category management.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
