The Role
Bridge the Gap Between Code and Client Success.
We are looking for a versatile, US-based Techno-Functional Maximo Specialist to join our high-energy team. In this role, you aren’t just solving tickets and checking boxes; you are the technical engine and the functional translator that solves problems, provides solutions, and keeps our clients’ operations running smoothly and implementation project deliveries on target.
You’ll thrive here if you enjoy a 70% technical and 30% functional split—balancing deep-dive technical development with the strategic "big picture" of how businesses actually work.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
- Solve Complex Challenges: Act as an anchor within our Maximo team, diagnosing and resolving mission-critical issues for our clients.
- Be the Expert Voice: Serve as a client-facing liaison who can speak both "dev" and "business," ensuring solutions align perfectly with client functional requirements.
- Drive Priority: Self-manage a dynamic workload, balancing immediate support needs with long-term implementation deliverables.
- Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the Maximo Support Help Desk and partnering with project teams to develop technical initiatives and custom solutions to meet project deliverables.
- Advanced Troubleshooting & Support: Own the client experience by managing support tickets within SLAs, while maintaining proactive and start-to-finish client communications. You’ll conduct deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis to ensure long-term system stability.
- System Configuration & Customization: Bring functional and technical requirements to life by configuring Maximo screens, designing complex workflows, writing automation scripts, and managing database configurations.
- Data Excellence: Lead critical data updates, including analysis, mapping, validation, and migration – while ensuring data integrity through meticulous validation efforts.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and modify high-impact Maximo reports using BIRT and write complex SQL queries to provide clients with actionable insights and solutions.
- Documentation & Training: Translate technical builds into clear, functional specifications, configuration guides, and process documentation to empower our clients.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Techno-Functional Mastery: Deep technical Maximo skills paired with a solid understanding of maintenance workflows and industry work processes.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Quality Over Quantity: A detail-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic. You don’t just close tickets; you solve problems correctly the first time.
- Adaptability: You are a self-starter who excels in a remote environment but is ready to hop on a plane for occasional client visits or jump in for after-hours support when a critical implementation goes live.
