Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeepers to join our team immediately. In this vital role, you will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are impeccably maintained, creating a welcoming and pristine environment for all visitors. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and cleanliness to contribute to a high-quality guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas efficiently and thoroughly
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to meet hotel standards
- Perform floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning
- Handle janitorial duties such as trash removal and surface disinfecting to maintain hygiene standards
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public spaces to identify maintenance or cleanliness issues
- Follow safety procedures during cleaning processes and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Assist with special cleaning projects such as industrial cleaning or deep cleans when needed
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidates
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, floor care, and janitorial equipment is advantageous
- Experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning environments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
