Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including hair styling, hair extensions, and or barbering.
- Offer eyelash extensions, hair threading, make-up and other specialized beauty services to enhance client appearance.
- Educate clients on skin care, and hair styling options while ensuring excellent client communication and service.
- Promote retail sales of beauty products through upselling techniques aligned with client needs.
- Follow salon safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards according to industry regulations and disinfection procedures.
- Engage with clients professionally to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Experience
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of cosmetology services.
- Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and client communication skills.
- Valid state licensure as a Cosmetologist or related certification demonstrating professional qualification.
- Ability to work independently.
