About the Role:
Position: Irrigation Technician
We're seeking a proactive, self-motivated team player capable of engaging with customers and colleagues alike. The primary responsibilities include:
- Independent and team-based system repair and maintenance.
- Mastery of product knowledge.
- Collaboration with contractors.
- Expert troubleshooting skills.
- Installation of irrigation systems.
- Proficiency in operating specialized equipment.
- Direct customer interaction.
- Basic electrical and plumbing tasks.
- Digging, trenching, and manual labor.
- Clear and concise communication with office/managers.
Training Opportunities:
We provide Continuing Education Units (CEU) and Backflow Testing Certification programs for all technicians.

Requirements:
Candidates should be physically fit and able to perform various tasks, including lifting and operating equipment. Key requirements include:
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. with assistance.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including some Saturdays, and in all weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Preferably 1 or more years of experience and product knowledge, although training will be provided for the right applicant.
