American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment, requiring a graduate degree from an APTA-approved program and current PT licensure.

Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

HomeCare HomeBase charting experience preferred

Graduate degree from an APTA-approved Physical Therapy Program

Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience, home health or facility setting preferred

Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy licensure required (license required if applicable)

Current CPR certification required

Prior travel experience required

Two supervisory references required

Accepts local candidates at the same rate

Travel pairs considered on a case-by-case basis

Background policy reviewed on a case-by-case basis

RTO should be kept to a minimum, with no calendar week off preferred during the assignment

Any RTO requests must be submitted in advance and approved prior to offer

Candidates should expect to work some holidays
