About FS3
FS3, Inc. is a distributor of underground utility and telecom construction products, headquartered in Annandale, Minnesota. We supply the crews building America's fiber and power infrastructure with HDPE conduit, directional drilling tooling, handholes and vaults, grounding materials, and fiber trailers.
What You Will Do
- Own the Wisconsin territory, building relationships with directional drilling contractors, fiber and broadband builders, electric utilities and co-ops, municipalities, and the engineers
- Spend your time where the work happens: jobsites, contractor and utility offices, and industry events across the state
- Act as a technical resource for customers, helping them select the right products and materials for their projects rather than just taking orders
- Quote, follow up, and close, coordinating with our inside team in Annandale on inventory, logistics, and delivery
- Grow existing Wisconsin accounts while steadily opening new ones
- Bring market intelligence back to the company: upcoming projects, competitor activity, and product gaps we should fill

We are open about the fact that the right person could come from a few different directions. You might be:
- A distributor or manufacturer sales rep already selling into the utility, telecom, electrical, or similar channel
- Someone with real field experience in directional drilling, fiber construction, or underground utility work, who knows these products because you have used them personally
- An engineer, estimator, or project manager from the utility or telecom world who understands the technical side
Requirements
- Based in Wisconsin with a valid driver's license, comfortable with regular day travel across the territory and occasional overnights
- Background in at least one of the following: industrial or construction product sales, underground utility or telecom field work, or a technical role in the utility or telecom industry
- Self-directed and organized. This is a remote, field-based role and you will run your own calendar.
