About The CanMan
The CanMan is a fast-growing home service company serving North Texas. We help homeowners maintain cleaner, healthier homes through trash can cleaning, pest control, insulation, and other home services.
We are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator who is energetic, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This role is critical to ensuring every customer receives a 5-star experience from their first phone call to their completed service.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Manage customer accounts and service requests
- Resolve customer concerns and service issues professionally
- Follow up with customers after services
- Assist with customer retention and membership renewals
- Request customer reviews and referrals
- Support route scheduling and technician communication
- Maintain accurate customer records within company software
- Help ensure every customer receives a world-class experience
