Assist with the admission process by collecting essential information from new residents.
Document and monitor residents’ health status, including vital signs and temperature.
Administer prescribed medications and injections in accordance with care plans.
Provide treatment for minor wounds, pressure ulcers, and other skin conditions.
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed.
Assist residents with personal care tasks, including dressing and hygiene.
Monitor and document residents’ nutritional intake and output.
