America's Hospitality Group (AHG) provides concierge, valet, resident services, security support, and hospitality staffing for luxury residential high-rise buildings and upscale multifamily communities.
We're expanding our proven model into Chicago and are looking for a relationship-driven leader to help build our next market.
This is an opportunity to join an established company while helping grow new client relationships and ultimately lead operations as the Chicago market expands.
Your Opportunity
You'll spend your time meeting property managers, community managers, assistant property managers, developers, hospitality leaders, HOA decision-makers, and commercial real estate professionals while introducing AHG's concierge, valet, resident services, security support, and hospitality staffing programs.
As new properties come onboard, you'll naturally transition into leading operations, supporting clients, hiring teams, and helping oversee our growing Chicago portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with property managers, community managers, assistant property managers, leasing managers, developers, HOA leaders, and hospitality professionals
- Prospect through networking, referrals, phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, property visits, apartment communities, and industry events
- Introduce AHG's concierge, valet, resident services, security support, and hospitality staffing programs
- Schedule meetings, conduct property walkthroughs, and assist with proposals
- Recruit, hire, train, and support concierge and hospitality professionals
- Build long-term client relationships while maintaining AHG's luxury hospitality standards
- Help grow and lead the Chicago market

What We're Looking For
- Professional, polished communicator

- Reliable transportation
- Previous concierge, hospitality, leasing, resident services, property management, or business development experience is highly preferred.
- Existing relationships within Chicago's luxury apartment, multifamily, residential high-rise, property management, hospitality, HOA, commercial real estate, or developer community are a significant advantage.

This is not a traditional office job. You'll spend your time building relationships, opening doors, meeting decision-makers, creating opportunities, and representing AHG throughout the Chicago market.
