Qualifications of a Parts Specialist:
- 1 year of relevant or similar experience required
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required
- Must be able to lift 50-75lbs required
- Parts/inventory experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities of Parts Specialist:
- Be the first point of contact for incoming phone and walk in customers
- Process parts sales orders and returns both internally and externally
- Assist technicians is obtaining the correct parts
- Assist in taking parts inventory (Both cycle and yearly counts)
- Load and unload trucks and trailers with a bobcat or forklift
- Pick up and delivery of parts
- Attend annual training
