Position: QC Inspector

Job Responsibilities
- Read, understand and inspect completed components maintenance documents to determine conformance to requirements.
- Record inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database.
- Ensure that all inspections are properly performed on all completed work in accordance with internal procedures and FAA requirements.
- Ensure calibrated tools used to maintain aircraft have current calibration and are undamaged.
- Ensure materials with shelf-life are labeled with an expiry date and any expired material from service has been removed.
- Deliver feedback on quality issues from inspection fields to ensure continuous improvement and quality achievement.
- Conduct follow-up audits to review the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
- Participate in the internal audit process as directed by the Director of Quality.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills
- Superb written and communication skills.
- Attention to details is a must.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of five (5) years of A&P Mechanic experience required.
