We’re looking for compassionate, dependable Behavior Technicians who want to grow with a company that values strong clinical support, open communication, and high-quality care.
Whether you’re already an RBT or beginning your career in ABA, you’ll receive guidance from experienced BCBAs, ongoing feedback, and support as you build your skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes under BCBA supervision.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collect session data and complete documentation.
- Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
- Participate in training and ongoing professional development.
- Help create a positive, engaging learning environment for each child.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients’ homes.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism.
- Compassionate, dependable, coachable, and eager to learn.

No ABA experience is required for the right candidate. We will support qualified team members through the RBT certification process.
Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
