The Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment Center (FDTC) is a multi-disciplinary program which cares for mothers and their babies with birth defects. The FDTC is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator, who will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the patient?s care from the initial referral through the patient care experience at Michigan Medicine. The Clinical Care Coordinator will promote open communication amongst the multidisciplinary team and enhance collaborative relationships with referring physicians. They will assess and address both medical and psychosocial needs in a patient-centered manner. They will participate in the tripartite mission of the FDTC which includes clinical care, education and research. Qualified candidates will possess knowledge of perinatal standards, as well as the fetal and neonatal surgical interventions and treatment offered at Michigan Medicine.

Required Educational Requirement; applicant must meet one of the following:
Bachelors degree in Nursing OR
Associates degree or diploma in Nursing and a Masters degree or higher in Nursing
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
Minimum of 5 years current OB and/or NICU experience in the care of the inpatient, complex, high-risk, maternal-fetal dyad including antepartum, intrapartum, perioperative, and/or neonatal ICU care.
Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Please note, all applicants will be required to develop and present a PowerPoint presentation related to a clinical process improvement project or other project in which they have been involved as part of the interview process.

Evening Shift Differential-$3.00 / hour
Night Shift Differential- $4.00 / hour

Night Shift Weekend Differential- $6.90 / hour
Charge Nurse Differential- $1.00 / hour
