Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our properties. Your primary focus will be deep-cleaning units during tenant move-ins/move-outs, maintaining common areas, and keeping office spaces tidy.
Key Responsibilities
- Deep-clean units during turnovers to prepare them for new move-ins.
- Handle administrative tasks like tracking cleaning supply inventory in the office.
- Report property damage or maintenance issues discovered while cleaning.
- Maintain a valid driver's license to transport cleaning supplies to different locations.
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
