Originate and close residential mortgage loans with excellence and speed

Serve as the primary mortgage partner for our real estate sales team’s leads

Collaborate closely with agents to convert, pre-approve, and close buyers

Build, grow, and eventually lead a branch or production pod

Maintain strong referral relationships with agents, builders, and partners

Deliver a best-in-class borrower experience from pre-approval to closing

Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer (required)

Verifiable closed loan volume (recent production history required)

Active or eligible NMLS license

Strong understanding of purchase transactions (not just refi)
