Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, and demonstrate proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively environment, including nightclubs, fine dining, and banquet settings, providing memorable experiences for our guests. The successful <PERSON> will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks efficiently, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
- Operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
- Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are followed diligently
- Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at banquets or catering events
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, and utensils throughout shifts
- Engage with customers to promote sales of beverages and enhance their overall experience
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy using retail math skills
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and monitor guest intoxication levels
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and sales transactions
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in brewing or catering is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
- Prior experience serving in a retail or hospitality environment is beneficial

Pay: $22.30 - $26.85 per hour
