Duties
- Provide knowledgeable assistance to clients regarding property and casualty insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes
- Manage sales administration tasks including policy documentation, benefits administration, and customer records updates
- Utilize analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Requirements
- Valid state-issued P & C license with active licensing status
- Proven experience in insurance sales, customer service, or retail sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales confidently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems for tracking client interactions
- Analysis skills to evaluate client needs and customize insurance solutions accordingly
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is preferred for handling sensitive information responsibly
