About the Role:
Compensation is $51,000.
Summary: Offer personalized and high-level customer service and serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, ensuring an exceptional living experience by fulfilling requests and addressing concerns promptly. Operates PBX or multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel. Meet and greet potential clients, residents, vendors and guests. Answers questions, takes service requests and provides information about the property when others are not available.
Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. The position does require ability to read and write English fluently.
Experience: Previous experience in luxury concierge, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in a residential setting.
Skills: The position requires the ability to deal well with people and get them to feel comfortable quickly. In addition, the position requires the following:

Licenses: Valid Driver’s License and insurance recommended.
Essential Job Functions:

Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.

Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.

Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.

Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.

Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.

Provides leasing information when necessary.

Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required.

Receives, sorts, and routes mail and packages, and maintains and routes publications.

Prepares and delivers resident notices.

Maintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes.

Accepts and enters Work Order requests from residents.

Makes “warm calls” to residents to ensure customer service quality.
