Computer & Mobile Device Repair Technician

Supreme Tech is looking for an experienced and motivated Computer & Mobile Device Repair Technician to join our growing repair team. We specialize in computer, Mac, laptop, phone, tablet, game console, and motherboard-level repairs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting hardware, solving technical problems, and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Windows PCs and Apple Macs
- Repair iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, iPad, and tablet devices
- Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other components
- Perform motherboard diagnostics and basic board-level repairs (preferred)
- Repair gaming consoles (PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch) is a plus
- Install Windows and macOS
- Remove viruses and optimize computers
- Perform data backup and data transfer
- Document repairs and communicate repair status
- Keep workbench organized and maintain repair quality standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of repair experience preferred
- Experience with:
- iPhone repairs
- Android repairs
- Laptop repairs
- MacBook repairs
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Microsoldering experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
