About the Role
The Marketing Operations Coordinator is the operational backbone of our marketing team.
You'll partner with leadership, designers, developers, SEO strategists, content writers, and client success to keep projects organized, improve internal processes, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
No two days are exactly alike. One day you may be preparing monthly reports, the next helping coordinate a website launch, documenting a new process, improving a workflow, or identifying ways AI can save the team time.

What You'll Do To Keep Projects Moving
- Coordinate internal project timelines
- Monitor deliverables and deadlines
- Follow up with team members to keep projects on track
- Prepare project documentation
- Support website launches and marketing campaigns
Support Marketing Execution
- Website quality assurance
- Website content updates
- Metadata implementation
- Redirect management
- Asset organization
- Content publishing support
- Campaign setup assistance
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare monthly client reports
- Update internal dashboards
- Track recurring deliverables
- Organize project documentation
- Maintain internal SOPs
Improve Our Operations
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Help implement AI and automation tools
- Build repeatable processes
- Create documentation that helps the team work smarter
- Look for opportunities to simplify and streamline operations

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in operations, project coordination, marketing, or administrative support
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
