Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Newnan is a growing martial arts academy dedicated to providing world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense instruction for children and adults. Our mission is to help people build confidence, discipline, and practical self-defense skills in a positive and professional environment.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Growth Manager whose primary goal is simple:
Bring qualified new students into the academy and help us grow.
This is not just a social media position. We are looking for someone who understands marketing strategy, lead generation, customer acquisition, and measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a complete marketing strategy for the academy.
- Generate qualified leads through Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), SEO, email marketing, and local partnerships.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for the highest return on investment.
- Increase trial memberships and convert leads into enrolled students.
- Create compelling content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and video marketing.
- Coordinate promotions, special events, community outreach, and referral campaigns.
- Track marketing performance using data and analytics.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has experience growing local businesses.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Video editing experience.
- Experience marketing gyms, martial arts schools, fitness businesses, or local service businesses is highly preferred.

Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
