Requirements
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- At least 21 years of age
- Active and valid driver's license for 2+ years (must be clean)
- Successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report Screen (essential that your driving record is clean)
- Successfully pass a Criminal Background Check
- Successfully pass a 5-Panel Drug Screen (we are testing for marijuana)
- Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company delivery vehicle
- Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road
- Load and unload packages up to 50 lbs
- Navigate delivery routes in a timely manner within the Lehigh Valley
- Deliver packages in a positive and professional manner
- Follow customer requests and delivery policies
- Move at a fast pace
Compensation & Benefits
- $21.75/hr Starting pay, raised to $22/hr after 60 days after successful completion of probationary period

Scheduling
- Full Time - 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (Saturdays or Sundays required every weekend)
- Part Time-3 days per week, 10 hours per day (Saturdays or Sundays required. No weekend only or Fri/Sat/Sunday schedules are allowed)
- Temporary (Summer break or holiday/seasonal work is permitted)
- 8-10 hour shifts
- Start times around 10AM
- 1 Weekend day required per week for full/part/temporary
- OT offered seasonally; 5th and 6th days available
