Specialty Structure Contractor is looking for professional, experienced workers, lead installers and helpers. Must be able to read, write and understand English. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have experience with Aluminum Structure Installation & Screening Experience. Strong communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities
- Install aluminum components according to project specifications and building code.
- Utilize hand and power tools to ensure precise measurements and cuts.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient construction site.
- Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any concerns.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
