Duties
- Provide compassionate childcare and caregiving support, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and seniors alike
- Assist with cooking nutritious meals tailored to client preferences and dietary needs
- Manage household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, sanitation, and space optimization to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment
- Organize materials, move furniture or belongings as needed, and assist with packing or unpacking during relocations or travel preparations
- Drive clients safely using scheduling software to coordinate appointments, errands, or outings
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service
- Support hospitality functions by managing client interactions, organizing events, or assisting with property management tasks
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and excellent communication skills in English
- Prior experience in caregiving, childcare, hospitality, or property management preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Knowledge of cooking, cleaning, sanitation practices, and residential cleaning techniques
- Ability to operate driving vehicles safely and confidently
- Familiarity with scheduling software and client communication tools
- Experience working with seniors or providing personal assistance is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, stay organized under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude
