DRIVER - EARLY MORNING / WEEKENDS - AIRPORT SHUTTLE DRIVER
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 25 years or older (Insurance Requirement)
- Clean Driving Record
- Valid Drivers License
- Pass DOT Drug Screen
- Pass Background Check
- Pass DOT Physical
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift luggage into van as needed
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Professional appearance and demeanor
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely transport clients to and from CVG Airport following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Ensure the safety of all passengers and their belongings throughout the journey.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage onto the shuttle. Provide any assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs.
- Perform Pre & Post Trip Inspections. Ensure vehicle is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate person/s.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service to passengers. Answer questions, provide information and address any concerns or complaints.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with passengers, colleagues and supervisors. Keep passengers informed of any changes to the schedule or route.
- Follow assigned schedules and routes to pick up and drop off clients promptly. Notify dispatch of any delays or changes in schedule.
- Have a thorough understanding of airport terminals, hotels and other locations on the shuttle route. Navigate efficiently, avoiding traffic congestion if possible.
- Keep the van clean and presentable at all times. Ensure the interior is free of trash and debris.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Uphold standards of professionalism and integrity while representing the shuttle service.
SCHEDULE
- Part-Time
- Monday, Wednesday & Saturday
- 4:00am to Noon
- Shifts start and end at our Newport, KY office
SALARY
- Starts at $11.00/Hour
- Every trip includes tips - Opportunity to make up to $15.00/Hour
- Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
