Fabrication Foreman
Location: Stony Point, NY
Job Type: Full time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
We are seeking a Fabrication Foreman to lead our Track Department in a fast paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for supervising fabrication operations, coordinating daily production activities, and ensuring quality, safety, and productivity goals are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily fabrication activities within the Track Department
- Assign work and coordinate production schedules to meet manufacturing deadlines
- Provide leadership, training, and support to fabrication team members
- Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and workplace safety
- Coordinate with other departments to support efficient production operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Previous fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques and manufacturing processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read production drawings and work orders
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move materials as required for the role
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and tools
This is a union shop. Employees become eligible to join the union and participate in company benefit plans after the 90 day probationary period.
Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
