Position Summary
Empresas PPC Inc. is seeking a qualified Instructor in Hospital Administration & Healthcare Management to deliver workforce training under Individual Training Account (ITA) programs for ALDL Conexión Laboral. The instructor will provide practical, industry-focused instruction that prepares participants for employment in hospitals, clinics, medical offices, health systems, and other healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver classroom, virtual, or hybrid instruction following the approved curriculum.
· Prepare lesson plans, presentations, learning activities, and assessments.
· Teach topics including healthcare administration, hospital operations, quality improvement, patient experience, compliance, leadership, budgeting, medical records, healthcare regulations, and healthcare information systems.
· Evaluate student performance and maintain attendance and progress records.
· Support participants in developing employability skills and career readiness.
· Coordinate with program management to ensure compliance with ALDL and ITA requirements.
· Promote an engaging, inclusive, and professional learning environment.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Services Administration, Public Health, Business Administration (Healthcare concentration), Nursing Administration, or related field.
· Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in healthcare administration or hospital operations.
· Previous teaching, training, or workforce development experience preferred.
· Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual learning platforms.
· Ability to work with adult learners.
Preferred Qualifications
· Master's degree in a related field.
· Experience with WIOA/ITA or workforce training programs.
· Bilingual (Spanish/English).
