As an HVAC Installer, you’ll install and replace residential HVAC systems while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service in the field.

Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, condensers, air handlers, and heat pumps
-
Replace existing HVAC equipment and components

Work with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and airflow systems

Read and follow installation specifications and job layouts

Test completed systems to ensure proper operation and performance

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local building codes

Maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness
-
Support installation team operations and collaborate with team members
-
Deliver professional, customer-focused service during every visit

Field service environment

Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, debris, and equipment noise

Local travel required throughout assigned service territory

Ability to safely lift and move HVAC equipment
-
Ability to work extended hours during peak demand periods

Requirements:
Required Qualifications

3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience strongly preferred

Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and airflow systems

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

EPA Universal Certification

Experience with residential HVAC brands and systems
