Set up and operate CNC and manual machines to deliver high-quality parts.

Consistently maintain tight tolerances on critical features.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for accuracy.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Oversee production runs, adjusting parameters to uphold quality standards.

Collaborate with peers to enhance processes and improve efficiency.

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.

3+ years of machining experience (manufacturing environment preferred).

Proficiency with CNC mills, lathes, and related machining tools.

Deep understanding of machining methods, tooling strategies, and materials.

Strong blueprint and technical document interpretation skills.

Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

Effective communicator and reliable team contributor.

High school diploma or equivalent; certifications are a plus.
