Job Description: As an HVAC Technician at Ruesch Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents by maintaining, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. You will work closely with property managers and maintenance teams to address HVAC-related issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing disruptions and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment malfunctions, including but not limited to heating systems, air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and ventilation components.
- Install new HVAC systems and components according to specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems and recommend preventive measures.
- Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to prioritize and address HVAC-related work orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts inventory and service logs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing HVAC tasks to ensure the well-being of residents and team members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in HVAC systems or relevant training
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting techniques and repair methods.
- Familiarity with HVAC tools, equipment, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants preferred.

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
