Key Requirements:

- Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work
- Ability to use or learn to use hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Comfortable working at heights or in warehouse/industrial environments
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
