About us
Expanding Horizons, Inc. is currently looking for Part-Time, Full-Time and On-Call applicants to work within our Adult Foster Care homes. No experience is necessary as we provide all training.
- $1,000 sign on bonus after 90 days.
- $1,000 referral bonus to the current employee who referred the new hire after 90 days.
- 2% raise after 6 months of working at Expanding Horizons.

Expected Job Duties:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including: hygiene and grooming, meal preparation, housekeeping/chores, and budgeting
- Provide transportation to and from appointments, community outings, and family visits
- Understand and utilize each resident's individual plans accordingly
- Provide supervision to maintain safety depending on the resident's plans
- Participate in all trainings required by the company
- Staying busy with the residents by attending parks, recreational activities (fishing, hiking, sports), day trips (sporting events, Apostle Islands, Vallleyfair, State Fair), and vacations to Florida and Las Vegas.
Requirements:
- Be able to pass a background check
- Be 18 years of age or older
